Yin Yoga: A Flowing Meditation

Inhale. Exhale.

Find slowness, find stillness.

Be a pond, no ripples.

Honor your body.

Breathe into your fingertips,

breathe into your toes.

Your breath is water flowing.

A stream meets the pond and becomes one.

Let the earth hold you, hug you.

Feel grounded.

You are a body of water.

You belong.

Explore your currents,

Their flow and ebb.

Thank yourself.

Honor the light in you and the light in all of us.
